Sjövyn is a rural idyllic farm with a lovely view over Lake Bullaren. Here you will eat dishes from the classic French kitchen that are seasonal and cooked from scratch. We therefore stand for flavorful food that will make you lick your fingers and empty your plate. For unique flavors, as everything here is home-cooked according to our own recipes. In addition, we stand for traditional flavors, but we certainly do not hesitate to experiment to achieve the perfect taste.
