About this place

Le Comptoir means bar or counter in French. There you stand and sit, eat and drink or buy something to take home, talk to the staff, socialize with new and old friends, read the newspaper or perhaps just sit and ponder for a while. Le Comptoir is a cheese and delicatessen shop combined with a Bistrot. Here you can enjoy a bite to eat and a glass of wine after which we pack a bag with goodies to take home. We primarily import farm-produced cheese and other French delicacies.
